We invite improvised movement from participants during the installation portion of our event. The score below is a guide to center your explorations.
Be mindful of your breath, let it settle you in. Notice the space and the people in it. You create the energy you exist in. Be present, be open, be kind.
Play with the circling of your joints and bones, how can they mirror or compliment the space? Interrupt your circling with strong lines, on occasion.
Play with weaving, looping, slipping, wrapping, dropping, spoking, moving front to back, and casting off- whatever that means in your body at this moment.
