Thank you for joining us in our creative space. Feel free to move around throughout the performance to change your point of view. Some seating is provided, please save chairs for priority audience members. You may also notice active and ongoing parts of our textile installation — feel free to touch and add on to those pieces, row by row or stitch by stitch.
Interaction within the space is highly encouraged, and if you would like to move in the installation you can find a score inspired by our process linked here for you to play with. Please just be mindful of the dancers space once the show begins.

Mia Barnett
Dancer + Social Media Associate
Mia (she/her) is a performer, teaching artist and choreographer currently based in Columbus, OH. She grew up dancing on competitive stages across the Midwest and furthered her dance education at The Ohio State University, obtaining her BFA in dance with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Mia gets excited most about trying new foods, spending time with loved ones and traveling, especially road trips with her kitten, Fish. She is stoked to be dancing and performing with these artists again!

Frankie Baron
Dancer
Francesca Baron (she/hers) is a performer, educator, and choreographic artist who graduated from Lindenwood University with dual degrees in Dance and Psychology. Notably she has attended the One Body, One Career workshop (AMS) studying Countertechnique under founder Anouk van Dijk and completed the American Dance Festival 6-week school (NC). She has performed with Inaside Chicago Dance, Leverage Dance Theater, Visceral Dance Chicago, Trifecta Dance Collective, Project606, and Still Inspired. In the Fall, she will be relocating to Massachusetts to begin her Choreography + Performance MFA fellowship at Smith College.

Laura Patterson
Dancer + Fundraising Associate
LP is a dance artist currently based in Columbus, OH. She received her BFA in Dance at Ohio State and then moved to Utah to dance with SALT II, the sister company of SALT Contemporary Dance. Re-shifting her energy towards teaching this year, she is currently exploring creating a non-hierarchical class structure and bringing joy and honesty into her classes. Outside of dance, LP likes to go antiquing, lay in the sun, and bake recipes from the Great British Baking Show.

Sarah Stearn
Dancer
Sarah (she/her) is a dancer and arts administrator who was born, raised, and currently lives in Chicago, IL. She values community based dancing, and finds joy providing opportunities for artists to share their work through the J e l l o Performance Series. Sarah is also passionate about mental health, and uses movement as a form of healing. As a Pisces, she tends to find herself drifting off into fantasy land; dance provides space for this tendency while simultaneously keeping her grounded. Sarah loves food, nature, and her cat, Luna.

Jacqueleen Bordjadze
Dancer
Jacqueleen (she/her) is a dancer, writer, and choreographer from Columbus, Ohio. She received a BFA in Dance/English from Ohio State and currently teaches dance in Columbus. She has premiered choreography with the Cleveland Dance Festival, and has writing published by the Dollhouse, the Blue Route, and the Wexner Center for the Arts. Jacqueleen enjoys thinking about sci-fi, keeping her plants alive, and taking yoga classes.

Lexi Clark-Stilianos
Founder + Artistic Director
Lexi Clark-Stilianos (she/her) is a dance-maker, intermedia artist, energetic educator, multidisciplinary mover. She a Master of Fine Arts in Dance with a focus on Choreography, Technology, and Feminist Studies from The Ohio State University, and as an educator she has taught at colleges in the Chicagoland area and as a guest teaching and commissioned artists at universities all over Ohio. Her choreography and artistic research has been featured at the Detroit City Dance Festival, National Dance Studies Association Conference, Midwest RAD Festival, Trifecta Dance Festival, JELLO Performance Series, Mix Match Dance Festival, Choreographers Carnival Los Angeles, and RAW Artists Hollywood. She has a passion for creating vibrant, rewarding, interactive, rigorous, and honest dance spaces. Lexi founded STILGO dance + tech in 2020 with the intent to bring dance based performance infused with DIY technology to the midwest arts community while also offering programming to empower and equip dancers like her with interactive media design and video editing skills.
